Xandy started his career in beer homebrewing at the University of Colorado in Boulder, and quickly realized the industry was his passion. Since then he has worked as a consultant in the South-east, co-founded a Colorado brewery, and worked in the Colorado cider industry. With over ten years of sales and supplier experience working with over thirty wholesalers across the country, his goal is to build Culture Beverage into the ideal distribution partner for breweries, cideries, wineries and distilleries. When he is not preaching the gospel of good beer and cider, he can be found skiing or fly-fishing.

Business Support Manager/Owner

Sheila has been working in the brewing industry for the past 10 years in marketing and business management before joining the Culture team. Previously she has worked as the Field Marketing Manager for Heineken, Marketing & Sales Director for Eddyline Brewery, was a Co-Founder at Elevation Beer Company, and worked with several Marketing Agencies across the US. Helping companies like Bear Naked Granola, Nintendo, Exotico Tequila, Microsoft and more. Sheila enjoys drinking session sours, Czech lagers, and a good cider or vermouth.

When she is not busy making sure the guys aren’t drinking all the merchandise, she enjoys traveling, hiking, fly-fishing, photography, and spending time with friends and family.

Denver Metro Account Manager

Jimmy has been heavily involved in the craft beer world since 2012. Born in Simsbury, Connecticut, he then went on to study marketing and business at Champlain College in Burlington, Vermont. It was there he discovered his true love for craft beer. Deeply involved in the New England brewery scene, he soon found himself working with of the top craft beer stores in Connecticut. He also spent time as a Brand Ambassador for Sweetwater, Sales Representative for Stony Creek Brewery, and as a Sales Manager for Thomas Hooker Brewery. In May 2022 he packed his bags and moved here to Colorado! Jimmy first joined the team at Ursula Brewery and helped them move from self-distribution, to utilizing us as their distributor. He then joined us to continue selling their beers, and many others that he is truly passionate about!

When not talking craft brews, Jimmy enjoys traveling, attending concerts, snowboarding, and spending time with his family and pets.

Northern Colorado Account Manager

Stefan is a Colorado native who has worked in craft beer for over ten years. He first discovered his passion for thoughtfully crafted ales and lagers working at the Mountain Sun Pub and The Kitchen in Boulder, and subsequently moving on to the distributor side of the business. Stefan's desert island beer style is a saison with brettanomyces, but his love of beer runs the gamut from German lagers to Belgian abbey ales to stouts and everything in between, of course including IPAs of all kinds.

When he isn't talking beer, he enjoys playing music, hiking, cooking, and taking his dogs on adventures.
